FAQ's

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days.

You will receive a dispatch email once your order is on the way.

We have several delivery options available with Royal Mail - ranging in price from £2.99 -£5.99.  See our Delivery page for full details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can choose your payment method at checkout.  You can use Apple or Google Pay, a debit or credit card or Paypal for full payment.

Alternatively, you can spread the cost using our interest free payment plan option provided for us by Clearpay.  For full details on our interest free instalment option, please click here.

How will I know when my order is dispatched?

You will receive an automated dispatch email confirmation.  This is sent to the email address given on your order.  Please allow up to 4 working days for dispatch of your order.

Can I track my order?

We are unable to track your order on it's journey, although we do get confirmation when it has been delivered or if a delivery has been attempted.

Where do you deliver to?

We only ship to the UK and are unable to ship overseas.

I am local to the Shop.  Can I collect my order instead of paying postage?

We offer a free 'Click and Collect' option if you are local to our shop at Monks Eleigh, IP7 7AY.  Full details on our Delivery information page.

I forgot to use my discount code.  Can it be applied after my order has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to apply codes or vouchers after an order has been placed.

Can I return an item purchased online?

You can return your item within 28 days from the date of your order, subject to certain conditions.  Please refer to our returns policy for more details.

Can I return an item purchased in your shop?

Items purchased in store in our shop can be returned within 10 days of purchase in a new and unused condition (with all tags attached) for a credit note or exchange.  We are unable to offer refunds on items purchased in store.

An item I want is out of stock - will you get more in?

We try to restock items where possible but sometimes our suppliers sell out which means we are unable to.  If you would like to know if a specific item is going to be restocked, please contact us and we will do our best to confirm.
